At C-Skins Australia our goal is to make sure you are 100% satisfied with your product of purchase. If an item you have received is not sized as you had hoped, please let us know straight away by contacting us through: www.c-skins.neto.com.au/form/contact-us/ or by emailing: email@example.com. Please include your order number, your contact details, and details of any issues so that we can find the best solution for you. C-Skins Australia reserves the right to refuse returns based on how they align with our company policies.

If you think that there is a fault with an item you have received, please let us know straight away by contacting us through: www.c-skins.com.au or by emailing: firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include your order number, your contact details, and details of any issues so that we can find the best solution for you.
Returns for refund will only be accepted within 14 days of you receiving the goods. Returned goods must be in its original condition and include all the original packaging. Shipping and handling cost are not refundable. Any incorrect, missing or damaged items received must be reported to C Skins Australia within 24 hours of you receiving the delivery. If item(s) received is (are) not what was ordered, please do not open the sealed package in which it was sent. Any attempt to use the incorrect item will be deemed to be acceptance by the customer of the item(s) as a satisfactory substitute for the one that was ordered and no further claim can be raised thereafter. Full refunds, including shipping, will be available in the instance of major faults/defects - including sale/promotional items. This is to comply with Australian Consumer Law. C Skins Australia owns the title of any extra goods shipped with your order that have been dispatched in error.
Items purchased from www.c-skins.com.au must be returned within 14 days of receiving shipment, in order to be entitled to a full refund. To return a refunded item, please send it to the address listed below. Returns will only be accepted if our product is returned in original condition, tags and prices still attached with a copy of your original receipt. Please note that we do not refund the original shipping charges.

Please keep in mind, you are responsible for the costs of returning our goods to us. Any goods returned are your responsibility until we receive them. The initial shipping cost may be deducted from the refund.
